John Fitzgerald Kennedy was born on May 29, 1917, to Joseph P. Kennedy and Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy of Brookline, Massachusetts. Caesar L. Donnaruma (1900- ) was born in Boston, Massachusetts, son of James V. and Florence Donnaruma. Caesar began his apprenticeship in journalism with his father's Italian language newspaper La Gazzetta del Massachusetts and after his father's death in 1953 became its publisher.
